Abstracts
28 October – 28 December 2026
Abstracts of maximun 250 words are invited for review. They should clearly describe the research objectives, scope, methodology and main findings, where available. Figures and tables are not permitted.
Full Papers
1 February – 15 March 2027
Full papers are limited to 8 pages and should provide a comprehensive description of the work carried out. They may include detailed explanations of the methodology, additional sections, figures, graphs, tables and research results.
Presentation Formats
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes, allowing six presentations and questions to be scheduled within a 90-minute session.
Poster Presentations
Posters must be printed in A1 format (594 × 841 mm). Further instructions regarding poster layout and display will be provided.
